We started FixedHP because we watched how Park Cities homes were being served — and how prices moved the moment a vendor saw a Highland Park address. Identical work costs more here than it does five miles away. Neighbors call it a zip code premium. Whatever you call it, we wanted a company that would not let it happen to its clients
Paul is the founder of FixedHP and leads its construction and vendor operations. A longtime Park Cities resident of nearly twenty years, Paul raised his family in the neighborhood and watched his children grow up here. The network of trades and specialists FixedHP relies on today is the one he has built across a career of construction and home management work in these three zip codes.
Kent partners with Paul on FixedHP’s business and operations. He served as COO of a $2B company and CEO of a $75M insurance technology company before joining FixedHP. An SMU graduate, Kent has lived in the Park Cities for 15 years; his wife grew up in University Park, and his kids attend Highland Park ISD.
