FixedHP partners are not project-by-project hires. We bring our trades steady, high-quality work in the Park Cities — clients who pay promptly, scopes that are clearly defined, schedules that are honored. Our partners earn our business through quality and consistency, not through low bids.
What FixedHP Requires
- Insurance — Appropriate liability and worker’s compensation coverage at FixedHP-defined minimums.
- Licensing — Current credentials in your trade.
- Response time — Commitment to respond to scheduling requests within one business day.
- Pricing — Bids reviewed by FixedHP for fairness. No separate billing to clients without FixedHP approval.
- Quality — Work delivered to a defined standard, with FixedHP managing punch-list and any necessary remediation
The FixedHP Standard
Every trade working under FixedHP agrees to a defined set of commitments. The Standard is non-negotiable.
- Trades treat what they observe in the home as confidential. Belongings, conversations, schedules, family activities, security arrangements — none of it leaves the work.
- No photos. The home and anything visible inside it is not photographed for any purpose without the client’s explicit written permission.
- Professionalism with everyone. Trades are warm and respectful with the client, children, household staff, and pets. Conduct is appropriate at all times.
- Invisible work. The home is the client’s, not a worksite. Trades work in the spaces they need to and aim to be unobtrusive.
- Ownership of mistakes. When something goes wrong, trades tell FixedHP immediately. The only mistake we cannot work around is the one we do not hear about.
- Clean exits. Trades leave the home and worksite clean at the end of every workday.
- Met appointments. When we schedule a trade for 9 o’clock, they arrive at 9 o’clock.
- Known people only. Clients always know who is in their home and when. No unannounced personnel.
- Pricing through FixedHP. Change orders and pricing discussions run through us — never directly to the client.
- No soliciting. Trades do not solicit FixedHP clients for direct work. The home is not a sales environment.
