A FixedHP assessment is a home strategy session, not an inspection. A member of our team walks your property system by system, identifies what benefits from maintenance to function better and cost you less over time, and builds a professional report on the condition of your home and the priorities ahead. You leave with a clear picture of what’s working, what’s worth addressing now, and what the major replacements will cost when they come — and a clear recommendation on which Managed Home membership tier is right for you.

The Green, Yellow, and Red Framework

  • Green — In good condition. No near-term concerns.
  • Yellow — Repair recommended. Addressing now is advisable to avoid escalation.
  • Red — Urgent repair needed. Meaningful risk of significant damage, safety concern, or cost escalation if deferred.
